We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms for Quiet Power: The Retreat.

• 45 Days or More Before the Retreat -  Full Refund Minus $150 Administrative Fee
• 30-44 Days Before the Retreat - 50% Refund of Retreat Registration Fee
• Less than 30 Days Before the Retreat - Non-Refundable but transferrable to another leader from your organization, with prior approval.

• If we must cancel the retreat, all fees paid will be fully refunded.
• We are not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses.

In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), participants will receive a credit for a future retreat, valid for 12 months.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
